Exposé des motifs

Le présent amendement vise à supprimer l'échéance nationale unique mentionné par le texte à la date de 2030. Cela pose problème évidemment problème car certains captages sont déjà conformes et d’autres dépendent : de temps de transfert longs, d’inerties hydrogéologiques ou de pollutions historiques. Aussi, la loi ne fait pas la distinction entre prévention, restauration et captages à risque immédiat. Cette échéance rigide de 2030 pourrait conduire soit à la mise en place de mesures inutiles, soit à l'application de mesures inefficaces à court terme.

Dispositif de l'amendement

Supprimer l'alinéa 25.
