Exposé des motifs

Le présent amendement vise à garantir que l’appréciation du faible potentiel agronomique d’une terre repose sur une expertise agricole réelle. La compensation écologique ne doit pas conduire à soustraire des terres productives à l’activité agricole sur la base d’une appréciation purement administrative. L’avis de la chambre d’agriculture permet de mieux prendre en compte la réalité agronomique des parcelles concernées.

Dispositif de l'amendement

Compléter l’alinéa 4 par les mots : « , ce potentiel étant apprécié après avis de la chambre d’agriculture territorialement compétente. »
